Plus, enjoy an optional annual refresh to keep your site looking fresh and modern.
How long does it take to build my website?
Your site goes live in 7 days. The process starts with a free 2-minute teardown of your current site, then we align on design and content, and your site launches within a week.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance services?
Monthly care services are required and ensure your website stays secure, updated, and running smoothly. Never worry about your website—we handle everything: hosting, security updates, technical maintenance, minor content updates, technical support, and uptime monitoring. Plus, enjoy an optional annual refresh to keep your site looking fresh and modern. Monthly billing begins on the date the website is launched. Either party may cancel monthly services with 30 days written notice. If you cancel, the website may be taken offline and you may request export of your content for a migration fee of $250.

How does MLS/IDX setup work for IDX Pro packages?
I handle the MLS coordination for you. You just provide your MLS name and member ID, and I coordinate with your MLS to get the data feed credentials set up. Most MLSs respond within 48-72 hours. If your MLS makes it difficult, we can discuss alternative IDX solutions or start with a non-IDX site and add listings later.
Can I cancel monthly services?
Either party may cancel monthly services with 30 days written notice. If you cancel, the website may be taken offline and all licenses to use the website code will terminate. You may request export of your content for a migration fee of $250.
Do I own the website code?
The website code, designs, templates, and technical configurations remain the property of CraftyCode. You receive a license to use the completed website while you maintain active monthly services and remain in good financial standing. You retain ownership of your content (text, images, logos) that you provide.
